The cost of having an OzzyITGuy come to you depends on where you live. We keep things simple by billing in half-hour increments with a minimum of one hour. Because most problems are resolved in an hour or less, your technician will always provide additional assistance and training with any remaining time. If there is an emergency, we also offer same-day service for a fee.

We offer expert, same-day onsite computer assistance, repairs, and services. Our services cover a wide range of computer issues – pretty much any type of computer support that our customers require. They include, among other things, hardware and software repairs, system security solutions, wireless and wired networking, data backup and recovery solutions, and virus/spyware prevention and removal. Whatever you require, your local OzzyITGuy can assist you!

We currently only cover the Greater Brisbane Area, but with over 15 technicians spread across the Greater Brisbane Area, we’re sure to have a technician in your neighbourhood. As simple as it gets! Simply call our national service hotline 0488-799-272 and speak with one of our friendly Customer Service Specialists who will walk you through our services and costs, gather the necessary information about the problem you’re experiencing, and book an appointment time that is convenient for you right away. Soon after, you will receive an automatic SMS to your mobile device with the name of your OzzyITGuy, a booking reference, and your confirmed appointment time. If you choose Same Day Service, one of our friendly OzzyITGuys will even come to your door that day!*

Yes! OzzyITGuys has a stringent hiring process that ensures, among other things, that all technicians speak fluent English. Your OzzyITGuy will not befuddle you with technical jargon; instead, they will explain even the most complex issues in simple, plain English.

Your computer does not always misbehave during the working week, which is why we are available seven days a week! That includes weekdays, weekends, and evenings. Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., as well as weekends and most public holidays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at your local Australian time.

Our helpful Customer Service Representatives are available 8am-9pm Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm Saturday, and 9am-6pm Sunday (AEST/AEDT). We are also open on most public holidays!

We accept cash or credit card payments for your convenience. We will confirm your prefered payment method with you when you book your appointment. If you pay by credit card, we will offer to securely enter your credit card information at the time of booking; however, the payment will not be processed until the service has been completed and you have authorised the charge (please note: we do not actually store your credit card details, they are encrypted to the most stringent standards and stored with our bank in line with Australian regulations). We will also email you an invoice and receipt at the end of the service for your records. There is no fuss! Approved company

Our service fees are entirely based on time and cover any technology you require assistance with. We structure it in this manner so that it is clear, transparent, and easy to understand. It also means that you can have your OzzyITGuy working on multiple computers and/or problems at the same time without being charged extra for every little thing you need help with. Because the OzzyITGuys are excellent multitaskers, they frequently solve multiple problems at the same time. Please keep in mind that the service fees do not include hardware or software, which we can provide at very reasonable prices.

The majority of our onsite services are completed within the first hour, depending on the nature of the issue. If the service will take longer than expected, your OzzyITGuy will provide you with an estimate and obtain your approval before proceeding. You can rest assured that your technician will always perform the services quickly and on-site, so you can get back up and running as soon as possible. If your computer needs to be repaired offsite, you will be given a fixed quote that you must approve in advance. There will be no unexpected bills or fees!

A friendly experienced technician, easily identifiable by their OzzyITGuys photo ID, will arrive on time and introduce themselves. Our top priority is clear communication, so you can count on your OzzyITGuy to keep you fully informed of what is going on from the moment he/she arrives on-site. We will diagnose the problem and estimate the time it will take to fix it shortly after we arrive, and we will keep you updated throughout the service so there are no surprises.

All of the OzzyITGuys have extensive professional experience and/or industry certifications, allowing them to provide advanced knowledge in all areas of computer repair and support. Each and every OzzyITGuy has been carefully selected before joining our ranks; we ensure that they have the necessary technical expertise, experience, and, most importantly, a great personality. Furthermore, when you book with OzzyITGuys, you are tapping into the thousands of years of experience that we have across the 15+ OzzyITGuys throughout Australia – there is no problem we can’t solve!

Because computers are complex machines, data loss is an unavoidable possibility. This is why we insist on all of our customers implementing appropriate backup solutions because it is the only way to truly protect yourself from data loss. We strongly advise that you always keep a backup of your critical files so that you are never without them; however, if necessary, we can also provide back-up services before we begin any work onsite. If you have already lost valuable data due to hardware failure or deleted files, your local OzzyITGuy can provide onsite and in-lab recovery solutions for individuals or businesses in need of immediate assistance.

OzzyITGuys is obsessed with customer service. This is the foundation of our company. We provide service guarantees on two levels:

  • We guarantee our technical expertise – if your technician is unable to fix or diagnose the problem due to a lack of technical expertise, there will be no charge for the service. Normal charges will apply if they diagnose a faulty component that needs to be replaced and you choose not to proceed or decide to source the parts elsewhere.
  • We stand by our services. If you notify us of a problem with the services you received and our diagnosis of the problem indicates that our fault, we will refund your money.
  • Please contact us as soon as possible at 0488-799-272, and we will do everything we can to resolve the problem for free. Naturally, if the problem is unrelated to the service we provided, standard charges will apply.
    As previously stated, we also guarantee same-day service!* so you can be assured of getting an OzzyITGuy out to your location quickly in the event of an emergency!

Certainly! Your technician drives a fully stocked vehicle for your convenience, allowing them to fix most problems on the spot. If the required part is not immediately available, we will arrange for it as soon as possible and return to complete the service.

Our computer repair services cannot always be completed on-site, as in the case of extensive data recovery. In this case, your OzzyITGuy will provide you with a fixed quote for offsite computer repair and let you know when it will be returned. You will also be kept informed at all times about the progress of your repairs while they are being completed offsite. We do require you to sign a form authorising the removal of your hardware for repair offsite.

Not a problem! Please notify us at least twenty-four (24) hours before your scheduled appointment time by calling our customer service number 0488-799-272!

No, we have a much better solution! We would rather be your IT support provider based on merit rather than contract, so we offer varying blocks of prepaid hours at significant discounts that can be used for onsite, phone, and remote support and have no expiry date. The main advantage of our prepaid hours is that there is no callout fee, and you can enjoy a significantly lower hourly rate – please click here for more information.
